Feed your neighbors, feed your soul

Music has an amazing way of bringing people together in supportive community. In this spirit, my friend Steve Norris has for many years produced a series of concerts to benefit the West Seattle Food Bank. He’s raised thousands of dollars, tons of food, and given dozens of local musicians a way to give back to the community.

Sunday, Nov. 1 from 3-5pm, Steve, Charles Trafford and myself will continue to tradition, swapping songs in the intimate confines of the venerable C&P Coffee Company, 5612 California Ave SW in West Seattle.

Last year, the West Seattle Food Bank delivered more than 2.7 million pounds of food to tens of thousands of our neighbors, nearly $1 million in utility and rental assistance, and many other supports through it’s food bank, Clothesline project, and Helpline.

Come join us to support this critically important community resource. Please bring non-perishable food and your financial support. Thanks.
